Mascara is probably the only makeup product that I have a difficult time figuring out. With my hard to curl lashes, most mascaras just weight down my curl. So finding the perfect mascara that brings volume to my lashes while holding up my curl would be ideal. With Rimmel's new Scandaleyes Mascara, the promises are endless. The product comes in a big neon orange tube, I've never seen anything like it. The wand is pretty gigantic!

To Sum it up:
I am always undecided about mascara. With the Rimmel Scandaleyes, it's excellent for holding up a curl for about 4-5 hours but it is very difficult to apply. The wand is very difficult to use because its so huge. I do end up getting smudges all over my lids as you can see in the photo. It didn't give me amazing thick lashes it does get clumpy since I end up with too much product on the brush.I do have to wipe off the excess product since it will smear all over my lids. It does give length without giving me extra long lashes, which I am not a fan of but this gives the right amount of length.

ReplyDeleteThe price seems very high if we gonna see the product quality there is many product less cheap but works well .Btw thanks sidrah for such an useful post u saved us by spending our money in wrong place thanks again:D
ReplyDeleteI was actually thinking of buying this, but thank God I read this review. Seeing the smudges and messy application, I have second thoughts now. I have OCD when it comes to very wet formulas that get all over the lid. Love your blog. New follower ;)

Why don't you try using an eyelash curler? Shu Uemura do the best one!
ReplyDeleteGive your lashes time to get some air. Lessen your use of eyeliners and mascara. This is regarded to be among the most effective methods to have longer eyelash.
