[REVIEW] MUA Hide and Conceal in Almond

With my dark circles, concealer sticks are what I normally go for because of the high coverage. I picked up MUA's new High & Conceal Stick just to see if I was missing out on a good product. So was it worth it?
What MUA Says:
"A NEW Formula... our NEW Hide and Conceal Sticks in three colours- Fair,Natural and Almond. A creamy, easy to use new and improved formula to cover any blemishes or skin imperfections."

Let's Talk About It:
I picked this up in the shade Almond since it was the most peachiest shade out of the range. I have pretty prominent dark circles and since I wear glasses the dark shadows are more visible so it's highly crucial for me to conceal.

Almond is a very pale peach shade. It has a very creamy, emollient texture, it's not at all stiff or hard. If you suffer from dry eyes, this will work really well to combat any dry areas. It blends into the skin really easily but does need to be layered on a few times for medium coverage but will begin to crease if applied too much.

Since the texture is very creamy, the concealer slips and slides all over the place if not set with a good mattifying pressepowder. It will crease after about 4-5 hours even after setting it with a powder, it will settle into any and all fine lines that you may have. If you have very dark, purple tone undereyes this will leave a grey cast since it's not that peachy.

don't reach for this concealer often to hide my dark circles but instead I use it to highlight right above my cheek bones, I love the effect it gives with my foundation. If you're looking for a cream product to use along with your concealer to help it brighten, this will work really well.

[REVIEW] MUA Lipstick in Shade 6

As soon as I saw that Just4Girls.pk are stocking MUA I knew I had to get a few things I have been wanting to try. I read plenty of reviews on their lipstick range which is so much better compared to the ELF essential range which is around the same price. I picked out Shade 6 which is a pink with sparkles.
MUA Lipstick Shade 6
The packaging doesn't feel cheap at all. I had an issue with twisting up the lipstick at first but after a while it started working smoothly. I heard that the bottom part has a gloss but I could not get it open! I love how the shade at the bottom is exactly how the product looks! Its so much easier to find what I'm looking for when I'm in a rush.

To Sum it up:
Shade 6 is a soft pink and it applies really sheer so you will have to layer it a few times. The glitter isn't in your face but it gives a nice glossy look. The lipstick is moisturizing but it is not at all long-wearing. I applied this over a lip liner and it still did not last longer than 2 hours. I wore this before going to work and after an hour it started fading. The shade is great for daytime, its not too in your face pink which is exactly what I wanted. It has a nice sheen and overall a nice average lipstick color and finish.

[REVIEW] Makeup Academy (MUA) Pro Extreme Curl Mascara

Finding the perfect mascara takes a bit of trial and error. Depending on what you want for your lashes there are mascaras that claim to give you thick voluminous lashes or long lustrous lashes. The Makeup Academy (MUA) Extreme Curl mascara in Black Brown claims to shape and curl your lashes. Here is my review on the product!

MUA Say:
Extreme Curl Mascara shapes lashes beautifully from root to tip for long-lasting curl.

Packaging:
The packaging of the mascara comes in a cute metallic tube, the wand is long and curved. The consistency of the mascara was wet when I first used it but then after some months now its the perfect formula. Not too dry or wet. When the formula was wet I found it a bit difficult to work with since the wand is long and tapered. The wand ends up having too much product on the tip so you would need to wipe it off.
I find that with just one coat it gives amazing length and curls the lashes. I find that it gives a bit of volume but not a lot. The wand is perfect for getting the tiniest lashes. I use the wand curved down for my upper lashes and curved up to get my bottom lashes. It really helps to get the difficult inner and outer corner lashes.

To Sum it up:
My lashes naturally stick straight down and I find that it gives a tiny bit curl to them naturally but with curling my lashes it helps to keep the curl up. If you have lashes that don't need to be curled, this mascara is perfect for you. The mascara does start to clump if you keep wanting to build up the length. It does start to weight down my lashes if I apply too much. It gives a good amount of length and a bit of volume with just one coat. The only problem with this mascara is that it starts to feel uncomfortable to wear after 4 hours. I haven't had any issue with smudging or flaking.

Likes:
- Curved wand
- Keeps lashes curled
- Lengthens and volumizes
- Doesn't Flake

Dislikes:
- Not Waterproof
- Clumps with second coat
- Can make lashes feel hard and uncomfortable after 4 hours
