[OUTFIT] Aztec Purple and Brown

I love wearing easy flowing outfits for the summer. Today I am wearing a eggplant plum outfit with a bronze embroidery all over the front, collar and sleeves. Its made out of linen material which is great for summer, its very easy flowing. Change Clothing offer a wide range of shirts, trousers, and purses.

The outfit is super comfortable to wear, I really love the fabric since I'm not a huge fan of lawn and I like how easy flowing this shirt is. The length is not too long, its just right. I paired it with a bronze dupata and light beige churidar pajama. I wore a pair of comfortable brown sandals.

To Sum it up:
Depending on how I dry my hair, it usually gets a bit frizzy at the ends. With the Sexy Hair Darn Straight I've used it with a blow dryer and also when I air dry my hair. This works average both ways. I don't find that it does an amazing job, if you have frizzy hair it will work to make it more manageable. I recommend using the smallest amount and start at the ends and working the product up to midway of your hair. It doesn't leave my hair sticky which I hate with most products. It leaves my hair with a soft texture. Just don't apply this at the root of your hair, it'll leave you looking greasy. 
I like how this doesn't have a strong scent, its very light. As far as keeping my hair straight, it could not hold up with the Karachi weather if you are out most of the day. It'll work if you're in an air conditioned room all day. I like how this is a multipurpose product, having a heat protectant as well as smoothing out your hair.

The most opaque out of the 4, its a true blood red with the tiniest sparkles. It applies like a dream, very rich and creamy. You can get away with just one coat. I swatched it with 2 coats. Wouldn't this be perfect for a bridal manicure? Its the perfect red.

Excuse moi! 
I call this confetti polish!! My absolute favorite out of the bunch. Its a light pink jelly with tones of multicolored sparkles. I was thinking this would be the sheerest but it was opaque in 2 coats. I love how the glitter specks aren't spaced out, you get a tone of glitter in each swipe.
OPI The Muppets Excuse Moi!

Designer... de better! 
This is a pale Gold with a hint of silver sparkles. This was the sheerest of the bunch, I applied about 4 coats for the swatch. It has a true metallic finish.

True Bronze with a hint of red and gold shimmer. It has a metallic finish. This is just as sheer as Designer... de better!, I applied 3 coats for the swatch.

[REVIEW] MUA Lipstick in Shade 6

As soon as I saw that Just4Girls.pk are stocking MUA I knew I had to get a few things I have been wanting to try. I read plenty of reviews on their lipstick range which is so much better compared to the ELF essential range which is around the same price. I picked out Shade 6 which is a pink with sparkles.

The packaging doesn't feel cheap at all. I had an issue with twisting up the lipstick at first but after a while it started working smoothly. I heard that the bottom part has a gloss but I could not get it open! I love how the shade at the bottom is exactly how the product looks! Its so much easier to find what I'm looking for when I'm in a rush.

To Sum it up:
Shade 6 is a soft pink and it applies really sheer so you will have to layer it a few times. The glitter isn't in your face but it gives a nice glossy look. The lipstick is moisturizing but it is not at all long-wearing. I applied this over a lip liner and it still did not last longer than 2 hours. I wore this before going to work and after an hour it started fading. The shade is great for daytime, its not too in your face pink which is exactly what I wanted. It has a nice sheen and overall a nice average lipstick color and finish.

[OUTFIT] The Ocean

I love outfits that are stemed from an inspiration. Afsheen Mehboob's designs are more focused on semi-formal and formal wear and she really knows how to use different designs with fabrics. This sky blue outfit reminds me so much of the ocean, with the details of a crystal bird on the front and the embroidery of a sea shell on the top left. I love the cool shade of the dress and the fabric is just elegant. It's a chiffon fabric and all on the front is this pletting. 




The detailing of this dress is amazing. By far my favorite outfit for the summer nights! I paired with a plain white dupatte and wide leg trousers.

My Experience at Alle'nora Salon

Last week I had the opportunity to visit Alle'nora  Annie's Signature Salon located in Zamzama. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. I received my very first Straight Blow Out which I never thought my hair could take because even with a hair straightener my hair still stays wavy at the tips.


As soon as I entered the salon I was greeted by the receptionist, then I met Ghazia, the Zamzama branch manager. She was a delight to meet, full of energy and ideas on what services that I can try. From there I decided on a manicure and a straight blow out.

My Straight Blow Out:

The blow out was done without any damage to my hair. They used Chi Straight Guard and Wella High Hair to ensure that no damage will be done to my hair.  The blow out wasn't uncomfortable at all, I feared having my hair ripped off but it was nothing like that. The entire environment was calm and comfortable and hygienic.


The Results!
The products they used worked really well along with the styling tools. The stylistic did a great job on my hair, it managed to stay straight for 2 days until I shampoo.

My Manicure:
The manicure area is really relaxing, with comfortable seats and a calming atmosphere. They currently have nail art, OPI and Color Studio manicures as well as gel nails!
The Results!
I picked out a very metallic shade, which the flash photography just didn't do the color justice. My cuticles were very dry even after the manicure so I was suggested to do regular maintenance of my nails.  
What really makes a salon environment comfortable for me is the staff. They will listen to you and ask what you want.  I rarely visit salons so the experience was quite pleasant. I'm very pleased with the end result and my salon experience. If you have never visited Alle'nora you can expect quality customer service with a staff that will guide you with the right beauty tips and products!
